What this calculates

This date calculator adds or subtracts any number of days, weeks, months, or years from a given date, returning the exact resulting date. Use it to find a future deadline, count back from an event, or check what date falls a set number of days from today.

Common uses

  • Finding a date 30, 60, or 90 days from today for visa countdowns, return policies, or probation periods.
  • Calculating a contract end date by adding months or years to a start date.
  • Working out a due date or appointment by adding weeks to a reference date.
  • Counting back from a deadline to find the latest possible start date.

How it works

Days and weeks are exact. Months and years follow calendar arithmetic. Adding one month to 31 January gives 28 February (or 29 in a leap year), not 31 days later. This matches how contracts, leases, and official documents count time.
